Dog barks in 'Italian accent' that sounds just like his owner's as social media anoints him 'sassy'

An Italian woman sent social media in a frenzy after recording her Siberian Husky literally barking in what appears to be an Italian accent.

The owner, who goes by the name Antonia, uploaded a TikTok of the adorable husky, named Aaron, mimicking her in a very impressive Italian accent.

“WHY DOES THE HUSKY SOUND ITALIAN[?]…”, one user commented on the video that’s been viewed over 6.8 million times.

“Sassy in any language 😂,” a replier jokingly commented.

“I just looked it up and apparently, dogs can have regional accents. So, this dog doesn’t just sound Italian. IT IS Italian,” another commenter made point.

One person theorized Aaron was asking the owner for his Gabagool!

“WHERES THE GABAGOOL!!!!,” the person commented.

Gabagool, often times referred to as capicola, means cold cuts or just meat in Italian.

The video is one of many funny clips posted to Aaron’s account, run by his owner Angeline, that leaves TikTok users in hysteria over the blue-eyed husky’s Italian speaking bark’s.

Dogs and accents seem to go hand in hand, as the hilarious video comes months after one UK-based couple showed their dog refusing to obey a command unless one of them used a fake Irish accent.

Footage shows the dog, a 6-month-old Rottweiler puppy named Paddy, appear confused after being told to sit.

“Sit,” the owner says in what sounds like their regular English voice — to which the small pup doesn’t comply.

“Sit down!” the owner says this time in a thick Northern Irish accent.

That’s when Paddy immediately sits down when hearing the command before being given a treat.
